Mr. Willie James Tigner died Sunday, August 9, 2015. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 19, 2015 at 12:00 Noon at Zion Memorial Mausoleum Chapel with entombment in Zion Memorial Mausoleum. He was preceded in death by sons, Jacques and Jonathan Tigner. Survivors include: a loving and devoted wife, Johnnie Tinch Tigner; son,Arthur Warren Tigner (Vanassa); daughter, Mavis Woods (Richard); sister, Sarah Price; a host of other relatives and friends.
