William 'Billy' Davis Moore was born on October 4th, 1944, to Isaiah Moore, Sr. and Estell P. Moore in Birmingham, AL. Raised as one of ten children, William, was skilled in the art of communication, which led him to follow career paths that allowed him to engage with people he encountered on a daily basis. He worked for Courier Express for more than 15 years before he resigned to focus on his personal health.

William is survived by his wife, Jeanette Moore, after a long life filled with love and adventure. He passed peacefully in his home, the Sunday morning of July 12th, 2020. William is also survived by his three children, Kendra Fennoy, Markus Moore, and Joshua Moore as well as his siblings Verlene Valentine, Elizabeth Dowdell, and Isaiah Moore, Jr. and many other cherished family members and friends.
