Mrs. Talina Daniel Miller, a graduate of Fairfield High School and the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing, Birmingham, Alabama. A loving wife, mother, mother-in-law, grandmother and compassionate, caring friend to many. She leaves to cherish her memory: parents, Eloise (predeceased) and Esther Johnson; husband of thirty-seven years, Otis Miller, Jr., PhD.; sons, Isaac Otis Miller (Deborah), Raleigh, N.C., Joshua Otis Miller (Amy), Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Joseph Otis Miller (Desinia), Durham, N.C.; grandchildren, Vanessa, Michael and Freedom. The family will receive family and friends on Friday, October 10, 2014 from 7:00 until 8:30 P.M. at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel. Homegoing service will be held Saturday, October 11, 2014 at 1:00 P.M. at Rushing Spring Baptist Church with interment in Zion Memorial Gardens. Smith & Gaston Southside directing.
