Jesus loves the little children of the world.

Our precious little angel, Journi Dionne Jones passed away on July 21, 2022. She was born in Birmingham, Alabama on July 28, 2020, to parents Rosemary Allen and Jason Jones. Journi was an active, happy toddler. She laughed and smiled throughout her one year and 11 months, bringing joy and happiness to everyone she touched. She loved going to daycare, playing with her friends, looking in books, and coloring. Though Journi's time with her family was short, she touched many lives and was loved deeply by those around her.

Journi attended The Imagination Place Daycare where she was learning ABC's and 123's.

Journi was loving and always fun to be around.  She was playful, a diva, always had a smile and loved to be around her brothers.

Her family cherish her memory as the brief gift it was. Journi is survived by her parents, maternal grandparent, Evelyn Allen, and paternal grandparent Geraldine Gilchrist, Great Grandmother Hortense Freeman, siblings Jaylon, Jermaine, Jamari, Joshua, Jayson, Jayvon and Jacobb. Also, her Godmother Angela Nelson and God sister La'Coria Nelson, Aunts, Annette Allen, and Erika Jones, Uncles, Mario Speights (Ann) and Dudley Allen (Shirley), and a host of other aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

Her memory will forever be in our hearts...
