Mr. Percy Hatcher passed away on Wednesday, August 27, 2014 in Cleveland, Ohio. He was born in Selma, Alabama to the late Mr. Jack Hatcher, Sr. and Mrs. Janie Hatcher. Percy grew up in Birmingham, Alabama, graduated from Ullman High School and was a member of New Pilgrim Baptist Church in Birmingham, Alabama. After moving to Cleveland, Ohio he joined the Old Landmark Christian Ministries and served on the usher board. He served his country as a member of the U. S. Army and was honorably discharged.

Left to cherish his wonderful memories are: his beloved wife; a son and two daughters; his mother; one brother and two sisters; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, September 4, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at New Pilgrim Baptist Church with interment to follow at the Elmwood Cemetery. Public viewing will be held Wednesday, September 3, 2014 from 4:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel.
