Visitation will be held Friday, February 7, 2020 from 1:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 8, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at Belview Heights Church of Christ, 1643 - 44th Street Ensley, with burial in New Grace Hill Cemetery. She was preceded in death by her parents, Rosel, Sr. and Carrie Watkins, her sister and brother–in law, Patricia and Winston Dan Cunningham. Survivors include: Rosel Watkins, Jr., Bettye Ann Watkins, Nathaniel Watkins and Linda Jo Watkins;  a host of relatives and friends.
