Natasha Yvette Hinton was born on September 23, 1976,
to Gloria D. Hinton and Lamar O. Mabry in Birmingham,
Alabama. Natasha's mother passed away when she was a toddler,
leaving her and her eldest brother in the care of their loving
grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Ravon Hinton, Sr.
Natasha attended Calloway Elementary and G.W. Carver
High School. She was a 1995 graduate and an active Mighty
Marching Ram. She was baptized at an early age at Christian
Valley Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of the late
Pastor A.L. Lawson. She continued her educational endeavors
in between working fulltime. She was enrolled in the Nursing
program at Lawson State Community College until her health
failed.
She was a hard worker with determination and drive to provide
for her family. She was compassionate about taking care of others
and loved her past position as a Patient Care Tech at UAB and
Lakeshore. She enjoyed a challenge, therefore deciding to leave
healthcare to work at U.S Pipe to better support her family. She
later moved on to Tubular Products where she found joy in her
position as a Robot Operator. She was committed to excellent
service and team work even when she did not feel her best.
She enjoyed worshiping at New Birth Birmingham with her
Christian brothers and sisters. She was often kidded about being
"The Investigator" by her family. She was affectionately called
"TT Tash" by her nieces and nephews.
