Micheal's early education began in the Catholic School System in Birmingham, Alabama, where he attended and graduated from Saint Joseph Elementary School and John Carroll High School. He continued his education at Tennessee State University, Nashville, Tennessee and the University of Alabama in Birmingham, where he obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering. He was passionate about music, sports, anything technical, grilling and he had just begun experimenting with becoming a Master Chef. His cooperative wife, Jessika was his sampler for each and every meal he cooked and grilled (smile). Micheal played Soccer and Basketball in both elementary and high school. As he matured his passion for music increased and he learned to play the Trumpet, Cello, Bass Guitar, and Saxophone. In the eighth grade, Micheal was drafted to play the Cello with the Junior Birmingham Symphony Orchestra and he enjoyed the many concerts he participated in with the Symphony Orchestra.
