Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 23, 2016 at 2:00 P.M. at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Survivors include: sons, James Edward Alderson II (Velma) of Georgia and Keith Alan Alderson (Ann) of Trussville, AL; grandchildren, Cordaro, Jeff, Alexis, Erin, James III, Justin, Keith II and Thomas. Smith & Gaston Southside directing.
