age 84, of Gardendale, Alabama passed away on September 22, 2021 peacefully at her home. She retired from Jefferson County Nursing Home. Viewing will begin Friday, October 1, 2021 at noon at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel. Family will receive friends on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel, 102 - 6th Avenue S.W., Birmingham, Alabama 35211 from 4:00 P.M. until 6:00 P.M. The Homegoing Celebration will be Sunday, October 3, 2021 at 12:00 Noon at The Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church, 2409 - 40th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama 35207. The interment will be at the Alabama National Cemetery, 3133 Hwy 119, Montevallo, Alabama 35115 on October 4, 2021 at 1:15 P.M
