Mrs. Mamie Young Leonard, age 87, of Fairfield, passed on September 29, 2015 at home with her family. She was a member of First Baptist Church, Fairfield where she taught Sunday School, served on the Usher Board and Missionary Society. Funeral services will be held Saturday, October 3, 2015 at 11:00 A.M. at First Baptist Church, Fairfield, Rev. Robert Twyman, officiating with burial in Highland Memorial Gardens. She leaves to cherish her memories: a devoted husband, Mr. Vanza Leonard; son, Mr. Ronald Eugene Leonard; daughter, Vanessa Leonard Chavers; seven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren.
