Louis Douglas Clements, 71, of Birmingham, Alabama, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2025. He was born on September 8, 1953, in Birmingham to the late Walter Clements and Loretta Clements.

Louis dedicated many years of hard work to Stockholm Valves, where he was employed as a plant worker. Known for his dedication, humility, and strong work ethic, Louis earned the respect and friendship of all who worked alongside him.

He married the love of his life, Mrs. Zelda B. Clements, and together they shared over 35 years of love, laughter, and commitment. Their bond was an inspiring testament to partnership and devotion.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Loretta Clements, and one sister.

He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife, Zelda B. Clements; children, Joseph Lewis, Alvin Lewis, and A.J. Lewis; and a host of grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Though he is gone from our sight, Louis's legacy of love, kindness, and dedication will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.
