age 83, of Birmingham, Alabama passed away peacefully in her sleep on Monday morning, February 15, 2016. She leaves to chersih: a beloved husband of 64 years, Mr. Othello Giles; two sons, Othello Giles, Jr. and Phillip Giles of Birmingham, AL; grandchildren, Leonardo Green, Laquanta (William) Lambert , Zenobia (Geron) Harris, Phillip (Erika) Giles, II, Shannon (LaShundra) Giles, Jared Giles, Anitra Hawkins, Caleb Giles and Elisheba Giles; a host of great grandchildren; three sisters; one brother; a host of relatives and friends. Family Hour will be held Friday, February 19, 2016 from 4:30 until 6:00 P.M. at Smith & Gaston Southside Chapel. Homegoing services will be held Saturday, February 20, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Beulah Baptist Church, 1616 - 8th Avenue North, Birmingham, Alabama. Interment in Elmwood Cemetery.
