Julius Lee Cunningham, Jr., was born on April 3, 1950, to the late Julius Lee, Sr., and Murdys Terry Cunningham in Birmingham, Alabama.

He attended and graduated from Seaside High School in Seaside, California and later he attended college. He enlisted in the U. S. Army in 1970 and retired after 22 years of honorable service.

Julius was united in marriage to Lillie Cunningham for 19 years. He and his wife loved traveling, going to football games, and watching movies. He enjoyed playing video games.

He was preceded in death by his son, Marcus Cunningham.

He is survived by his sister, Winifred Lee Cunningham; children from a previous marriage, Robert Al Cunningham, Thurman Victor Renard Cunningham, Julius Lee Cunningham III, and Quatrina (Isadore) Eve Bilbrew; stepchildren, Keith (Chesa) Pryor, Jr., and Lakesha Pryor.; and Julius had many grandchildren, other relatives, and friends to cherish his memory.
