Mrs. Iona Omega Fails, age 84, passed Saturday, September 20, 2014. She was a retiree of Hill Elementary School. Survivors include: daughter, Patricia Green (Albert); grandson, Tomeule Mason (Rita). Funeral services will be held Friday, September 26, 2014 at 12:00 Noon at Tabernacle Baptist Church, 600 Center Street North, Birmingham, AL 35204. Interment in New Grace Hill Cemetery. Smith & Gaston Southside directing.
