The late Fredrick March Hill was born on February 12, 1953, in Jefferson County, Alabama to the late John Lee and Emma B. Hill. It was at an early age that Fredrick accepted Christ and was baptized at First Baptist Church, Adamsville. He studied in the Jefferson County School System and graduated from Alden High School.
