OBITUARY


Frank Wesley Robinson

Frank Wesley Robinson was born on December 28, 1953, to the late Austin and Viola Robinson in Birmingham, Alabama. Frank was educated in the Birmingham City School System as a Glenn High School Track Team member. He later joined the U.S. Coast Guard. Following his return to Birmingham, he served as a track coach.

He later gave his life to Christ and joined the Lily Grove Baptist Church in Ensley, where he enjoyed singing in the choir. Frank enjoyed cooking,
singing, and running track. He was an extremely outgoing person.


The memory of Frank's life will be forever cherished by his daughter, Shantrice Lashell Dickey (Midfield, Alabama), and granddaughter, Taylar Deon Dickey (Denver, Colorado). Sisters: Claudette Price, Esther Caldwell, and Gwendolyn Cook (Birmingham, Alabama). Preceding him in death: His loving wife, Ollie Robinson, sister, Jacqueline Moore, and brother, Melvin Hill (Cleveland, Ohio). He leaves to cherish his memories, a bonus daughter and grandson, Shantal L. Dickey and Tyler D. Dickey, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and friends.
