Obituary

Forrest Poole was born July 24, 1956, to the Union of Oliver and Evelyn Poole, Birmingham, Alabama. He accepted the Lord at an early age.

Forrest (Sonny) attended Brunetta C. Hill Elementary School and graduated from A.H. Parker High School.

Forrest was a single man but was loved by more children throughout his entire career than anyone could imagine. He provided more feedback and encouraged everyone to pray.
Forrest was a loyal and faithful to his community. He worked at Parker High School for over 50 years of his life. He served as an honorary coach for Alabama A&M and Miles College.

Forrest had a deep abiding love for working for his Lord. He attended Church.

Forrest loved his family and was highly respected by all. He was always there for them to help in any way he could. He also loved people and if necessary, he always felt like he could give the best advice.

Forrest departed this life Thursday evening on September 22, 2022. He leaves to mourn: his sister, Patsy Maxey (Birmingham, Alabama); brothers, Oliver Poole, Jr. (Jackie), Cleveland Ohio, Alfonza Poole (Birmingham, Alabama); sisters-in-law, Gwendolyn Poole and Virginia Swann of Birmingham, Alabama. A host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends.
