Felicia Shonta Beal was born to the late Levi Stirtmire and Ruby Lee Beal in Birmingham, AL, on July 8, 1977. She was the youngest of four girls. Felicia attended Huffman High School in the Birmingham City School System. She confessed Christ at an Early age. Later in life, she began attending St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church.

Felicia was one of the most kindhearted people you could ever have the pleasure of meeting. She never met a stranger. Knowing her meant loving her. No one in good faith could utter an unkind word against her. She was a "peacemaker." The glue that held the family together.

Her father, Levi Stirtmire, preceded her in sleep. She leaves behind to cherish her memory a mother, Ruby Lee Beal, (3) Sisters: Jacqueline Raines (Melvin), LaTonya Breeding (Toney), and LaShawn Dailey (Nathan). Also, man's best friend and her faithful companion, her dog "Riley Caine"..

In addition, Felicia leaves behind uncles—Morgan Beal (Shalent), Maurice Mays (Rebecca), Larry Beal —and aunts—Dianne Middleton (late John), Sandra Sturdivant (late John) —a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and her many, many friends.
