Mr. Fate Samuel, Jr., age 71, departed this life December 9, 2014. Family Hour will be held Thursday, December 18, 2014 from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Smith and Gaston Southside Chapel. Funeral services will be held Friday, December 19, 2014 at 11:00 A.M. at Eastlake Full Gospel/ Baptist Church with Interment in Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo, Alabama. Smith & Gaston Southside directing.
