Derek Peterson was born to Artcalyn Aigler and Derek Herron on August 3, 1987.

Derek attended Wilkerson Elementary and Minor Highschool where he left and began his career as an individual artist. Derek loved the sound of music and was very talented with different instruments. Derek was a loving person who would give the last he had to anyone who was in need. His spirit is still with each and everyone of us, and he would want us to continue to a smile and cherish the memories he has left to each of us.

Derek leaves behind his son, Tyshawn Bradley; his mother, Artcalyn Aigler; father, Derek Herron; Grandmother, Mildred Bennett; sister,
Stephanie Aigler; his two brothers, Nicholas and Devin Aigler; and a host of uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends to carry him on.
