Deangel Tyrell
Enge
February 3, 1974 – September 9, 2024
The Greatest Event of All Times occurred on the morning of February 3, 1974 when DeAngel Tyrell Enge was born to Dwight Webb, Sr. and Cynthia Fuller (who preceded her in death in April of 2022) in Birmingham, Alabama.
DeAngel Tyrell Enge, age 50, sadly transitioned on the morning of September 9, 2024. DeAngel spent her formative years in Birmingham and graduated from West End High School, Class of '92. She also attended Miles College, Brown Mackie College, and Jefferson State Community College.
DeAngel accepted Christ at an early age at Sixteenth Street Baptist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. James T. Crutcher.
DeAngel was truly a creative. From A Dilemma Design to being a successful owner of the Purple Event Center, she used her gifts of design to bless her family and friends. DeAngel also had a love for exploring. She made sure to pass that along to her beloved children. While she enjoyed traveling with her family, she wanted to share that love with others through her travel agency. Throughout her career, she was known for her hard work, dedication, and passion for helping others.
On September 23, 2000, DeAngel joined a holy matrimony to William Carl Enge, Sr. They were blessed to share 27 years of love and 24 years of marriage. To this union, a blended family was formed of two boys and four girls.
She loved spending time with her family, sharing stories, playing MonopolyGo, playing cards and board games, playing Jacks and rick-rack, cracking jokes, playing pranks, cheering for Alabama (Roll Tide!), and being a bully--she was a big kid at heart. She was also a favorite to those that knew her. She was always there to offer guidance, support and encouragement no matter what challenge they face. She offered wisdom
beyond her years. At the time of her transition, DeAngel was devoted and faithful to her husband and loving family.
DeAngel was preceded in death by her two loving brothers Lawrence J. Parker and Martrell Sanders.
She is survived by her husband William Enge, Sr., her children, Frisca Jones, William Carl Enge, Jr. (Verlytia), Michael Webb-Parker, Sr., Maya Edwards (Amariah), Mariah Webb-Parker (Jamarcus), and Carla Mo'Nique Enge; her grandchildren Quendarrius, Sr., Tkeyah, Kar'myah, Chance, Chase, Carlisha, Kemarrius, Kayla, Michael, Jr., Amir, Sariah, Levi, Sincere, and Matthew "Magic"; her great-grandchildren, Quendarrius, Jr. and Kaison; her brothers Tyrone and Jeremy, and sisters Zerqueenna, Vita (Lanard); sister-in-laws Lanetta of Orland Park, Illinois, Cassandra (Leroy) Pearl, Mississippi, and one brother-in-law, Boris of Chicago, Illinois; grandmother, Eleanor; and a host of
uncles, aunties, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends who will cherish her memory.
