Mrs. Catherine Rhodes Morrow's Obituary
age 77, peacefully passed away on January 30, 2016 at her home in Fairfield, Alabama.
Mrs. Morrow was educated in the Birmingham School System and attended Tennessee State University. She for many years was employed as a nurse for University Hospital and Kirklin Clinic.
Catherine is survived by her son, Vearmon Morrow, Jr. (Renee'); sister, Deloris R. Harris; four grandchildren, Vearmon, III, Jillian, Martin and Loren; three great grandchildren, Ian, Lacey and Naomi; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jobie Rhodes and Irene Rhodes; husband, Vearmon Morrow, Sr.; son, Keith Morrow; daughter, Sharon Cross; two sisters, Willow Clark and Mary Ann Green; sister-in-law, Dorothy Irby; aunt, Daisy Morrow.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 6, 2016 at 12:00 Noon at Trinity Baptist Church, Rev. John E. King, Jr., Pastor, officiating, with burial in Elmwood Cemetery. Smith & Gaston Southside directing.
